The Flamingo at Marco is perfectly situated less than a five minute walk to the public beach access, the JW Marriott Resort and Spa and close to local shopping and restaurants.
Under new ownership, the house is continually being updated to meet high expectations. A new master bedroom set, granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and large flat screen TVs are just the beginning.This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a spacious living room and dining room, fully stocked kitchen, separate den, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a King bed and attached bath with a large soaking tub and shower. The guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the home share a bath and have one Queen and two Twin beds. The screen enclosed lanai features a heated pool, casual seating and a gas grill!
The entire house includes linens, blankets and comforters that are professionally washed and sanitized between each and every guest. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc are available for your use. Reliable cable and internet are provided. The Flamingo at Marco offers everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation!

“This was a beautiful and comfortable home. Three of us were in town for a conference at the JW Marriott which was easy walking distance from the house. It was great to have space to spread out and work as well as to have room to get together after meetings and work on our plans and presentations. SO much nicer than being in hotel rooms. It has 2 living areas so this would be great with a large party or with kids. The house is TOTALLY renovated and this seems very recent as it is in perfect condition."
